Terms of Service
1. Who provides WeDoFiles
These Terms are an agreement between you and Noh Daejun, an individual operating the WeDoFiles service. In these Terms, "WeDoFiles," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that service and operator. WeDoFiles is not described as a corporation, company, or registered trademark.
Public contact details: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. WeDoFiles operates online only and does not publish a telephone number. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. The Contact page lists every route to us, including the reporting and privacy routes.
2. Effective date and agreement
These Terms are version 2026-08-31 and take effect on August 31, 2026. By creating an account, you affirmatively accept these Terms and the Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy is a notice explaining how personal data is handled; it is not presented as blanket consent to every form of processing.
If you do not accept these Terms, do not create or use an account. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You may not register, access the application or API, buy a subscription, or use a public share from a location WeDoFiles blocks under its current geographic-access policy.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide an email address you control and accurate information needed for the service and billing. Keep your password and email account secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from a WeDoFiles security failure. Notify [email protected] promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
We may suspend access while investigating security, fraud, payment, abuse, or legal issues. We may terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, unlawful use, or a repeat-infringer determination described below. Mandatory legal rights and remedies continue to apply.
4. Service, plans, and limits
WeDoFiles stores files, scans uploads for malware, and lets account holders create controlled links. Current plans, prices, currencies, billing intervals, storage and transfer allowances, file-size limits, overage terms, and taxes are shown on the Pricing page and in the checkout disclosure. Policy text does not replace the current price shown before purchase.
Plan limits are enforced. Uploads may pause at a storage limit. Public delivery may pause or incur disclosed overage charges at a transfer limit, depending on the plan. Add-ons change only the allowances stated at purchase.
5. Your files and license to operate the service
You retain ownership of your files. You grant WeDoFiles a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, scan, format for preview, and otherwise process your files only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, moderate, and comply with law for the service. This license ends when the relevant file is permanently deleted, except for copies that must remain temporarily in backups or under a valid preservation obligation.
Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for your files, sharing choices, and recipients. Share links may function as bearer credentials; anyone who obtains a link may use the permissions attached to it until it expires or is revoked.
Malware scanning reduces risk but does not guarantee that a file is safe. Uploads are streamed to the scanner and are never written to disk. Do not rely on WeDoFiles as the only copy of important data.
6. Prohibited use and moderation
You may not use WeDoFiles to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; exploit children; distribute non-consensual intimate material; threaten violence; facilitate fraud; evade service limits; interfere with the service; probe another account; or send unlawful spam. We may disable files, links, or accounts and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate reports, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Copyright notices may be submitted through the DMCA page. They may also be sent to our designated agent, registered with the United States Copyright Office: Copyright Agent, WeDoFiles, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, [email protected]. Three lifetime, unvoided infringement strikes make an account a repeat infringer. A successful counter-notice voids the associated strike. A voided strike does not count toward the threshold.
7. File activity, retention, and downgrade
Paid files are not removed merely for inactivity while paid access remains in effect. For a Free account, each file expires after 30 inactive days. Uploading, previewing, downloading, renaming, or moving that file updates its activity clock. Activity on one file does not update another file. WeDoFiles sends the configured advance notices before ordinary Free-file expiry.
When paid access ends, the account becomes Free and surviving files begin a fresh Free activity clock. If storage is over the Free allowance, a 14-calendar-day grace period begins when the lower plan becomes effective. After grace, WeDoFiles soft-deletes the largest files only until storage is within quota, skips files under a preservation hold, resolves equal sizes oldest first, and schedules permanent purge seven days later. A lawful hold pauses affected deletion timers; release resumes them.
Deleted files may remain in encrypted provider backups until the documented backup rotation ages them out. We may retain billing, fraud, dispute, moderation, and audit records when law or legitimate protection of the service requires it.
8. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and failed payment
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval, price, and currency shown before purchase until canceled. Checkout requires a separate, unchecked recurring-billing acknowledgment. Purchases are sold by Dodo Payments Inc, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, County of Kent, Delaware 19901, United States, acting as merchant of record, which may apply separate buyer terms linked at checkout.
You may schedule cancellation through the account page at any time. To prevent the next renewal charge, cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Paid access continues through the current paid period and then converts to Free. A scheduled cancellation cannot be reversed; you may purchase a new subscription. Cancellation does not itself create a refund. This cutoff does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right that applicable law requires us to provide.
After a failed recurring payment, paid access is preserved for three days and WeDoFiles sends daily notices. If payment is not cured, the account converts to Free and the downgrade rules apply. A successful cure restores the paid plan and files that have not already been permanently purged.
If a chargeback opens, the account converts to Free. Paid access is restored only after the provider reports that WeDoFiles won the dispute. Fraud and abuse controls may independently restrict an account.
9. Refunds and service credits
The Refund Policy explains eligibility, full-refund rules, mandatory partial adjustments, appeals, provider timing, and outage account credits. An approved refund immediately converts the account to Free, requests the refund through Dodo, and cancels renewal. Provider processing may finish after WeDoFiles makes its decision.
10. Availability and changes to the service
WeDoFiles does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, secure, change, or discontinue features. For a qualifying platform-wide download outage lasting continuously more than 24 hours without prior maintenance notice, the remedy described in the Refund Policy is available on request.
11. Disclaimers, limits, governing law, and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent applicable law permits, WeDoFiles is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or lost profit, revenue, goodwill, or data, to the extent applicable law permits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or WeDoFiles will be subject to the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Wyoming.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of any protection, remedy, or right to bring proceedings that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable where you reside.
Mandatory consumer remedies
Where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to a refund, cancellation, price reduction, withdrawal, or other remedy beyond the rights stated in our Refund Policy, that mandatory right applies. Contact [email protected] to request the remedy.
If a refund is required or approved, WeDoFiles will submit the refund through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, for processing to the applicable payment method. If a required refund cannot be resolved through WeDoFiles support, you may contact Dodo Payments regarding processing of the payment transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right to contact a consumer-protection authority, payment provider, court, or other body available under applicable law.
12. Policy changes
We preserve prior versions internally. Material changes to the Terms, billing, refunds, or the content license require reacceptance before continued affected use. Other changes receive email or in-application notice unless applicable law requires consent. The version and effective date displayed on this page identify the text that applies.
